June 21, 2012  Noon-2pm

Join New Brunswick Museum staff and special guests in the Atrium of Market Square for entertainment and refreshments from noon to 2pm.  National Aboriginal Day is a great opportunity to become better acquainted with the cultural diversity of Aboriginal peoples.  Guests include drum group Spirit of the Four Winds from Saint John and First Nation artist Gina Brooks of St. Mary’s. Visit the New Brunswick Museum to learn about First Nation traditions and contributions to New Brunswick.  Enjoy a day full of activities in the Museum as you try your hand at traditional porcupine quillwork, examine beautiful beadwork and contemporary art, and craft a take home memory. 

Free Admission. 

Museum hours 9am-9pm.
