Facilitator Joanne Hughes is a retired public servant, having spent most of her career in senior management with the federal government including a period as national Director of Program Evaluation for Veterans Affairs, and Regional Director (Atlantic) Statistics Canada. Her volunteer work over the years has included conducting program evaluations for NGOs.
