Top Rope Turmoil 2011

XWA Wrestling IS BACK at the LORD BEAVERBROOK RINK LIVE Saturday May 7th for “Top Rope Turmoil”, the XWA’s annual 30 man over the top rope royal rumble match!!!! The doors open at 7pm, the bell time is 7:30pm.


The Main event of the evening will be the “Top Rope Turmoil” match. This is the XWA’s annual 30 man over the top rope Royal Rumble match. 2 men will begin the match, and every 2 minutes another competitor will enter the ...match. The only way to be eliminated is to be thrown over the top rope and have both feet hit the floor. The last man left standing in the ring will win the top rope turmoil match and will receive an XWA heavyweight championship match in the main event of the biggest show of the year, Quest for gold!

The Wave Riders will challenge the Gyration Nation for the XWA Tag Team Championships. These two teams are known for their innovative wrestling moves and aerial assault. This should be a match for the history books!

Buck 10 will get is rematch for the XWA Elite championship when he takes on the new Elite champion, Wesley Pipes. Pipes won the title in, what many are calling, controversial fashion. Buck 10 has his opportunity to regain the title if he can overcome the immense size and strength of pipes and use his quickness and high flying manoeuvres to over whelm the champion. This is one Elite title match you don’t want to miss!

After “Strapped”, the entire XWA is questioning the mental state of the XWA Heavyweight champion Ryan Heath. When he was not able to make his opponent John Striker submit during there intense battle. This threw heath into a psychotic rage. He left the ring, only to return with two steel chairs. Heath went on to shatter John Strikers knee, and in the process get himself disqualified. Thus retaining his heavyweight title. Children looked on in horror as Striker was unable to leave the ring on his own. John Striker has undergone knee surgery to repair a cracked Patella, and a torn ACL. The injury to Striker caused by this vicious & psychotic attack by Heath has him sidelined indefinitely. John Strikers wrestling career and future in the XWA is unknown at the moment. What is known is the XWA Heavyweight champion Ryan Heath is mentally unstable, and his actions are erratic and unpredictable. Heath will be addressing the XWA fans live on May 7th!
