The Saint John Jewish Historical Museum is pleased to announce it will be open for the summer season at 91 Leinster Street (corner of Wentworth) in Uptown Saint John. Regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Sunday during July and August from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. These hours will remain in effect from Tuesday, May 29 to Tuesday, October 30, 2012. On May 21, Saint John welcomed Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall to our historic city. The royal couple graciously met a grand crowd who came out to catch a glimpse and greet them with respect. The couple were escorted down Prince William Street, were present for a Citizenship Cerermony at the old Post Office, then were treated to artistic and culinary demonstrations before they moved on to the next leg of their journey.
