January 27, 2015 at 9am to January 30, 2015 at 5pm

In 1783, over 30,000 boarded vessels in New York for Nova Scotia and nearly half of these came to what is now New Brunswick in spring, summer and fall…See More

January 27, 2015 at 9am to January 30, 2015 at 5pm
On June 18, 1812 the United States declared war on Britain and placed His Majesty’s colonies in British North America (now Canada) in peril. Already fighting a life and death struggle with Napoleon, Britain had no desire for a conflict on two fronts. The United States, on the other hand, felt their young independence threatened by a British embargo on American trade with France, the seizure of British deserters on U.S. vessels at sea and action to prevent American westward expansion. The war…See More

January 23, 2015 at 9am to January 25, 2015 at 5pm
New Brunswick artist Carol Taylor continues her exploration of the interaction between geological processes and human presence.
