One of the programs offered through the Saint John Learning Exchange is the TIES 2 Work program. This is a 12 week job specific essential skills training program in which we match employers with potential employees. The potential employees take 8 weeks of training at the Saint John Learning Exchange and also participate in a 3 week job placement.
