We are a new Yoga studio opening in beautiful uptown Saint John! We offer something for everyone, whether you are an up and coming Yogi or an experienced practitioner of different disciplines.

Yoga is for everybody. Please remember that safety comes from within. When we listen to our bodies, we maintain a safe and healthy practice. Yoga is an individual practice and, as such, will look differently on each mat. We look forward to sharing our space with you! Sarah and Jill
Yin/Yang Yoga with Jill combines the balancing and complementary effects of passive (Yin) and active (Yang) postures. Yin yoga is a slow, deep practice that increases flexibility by stretching and stimulating the connective tissues of the body. Yang yoga is a dynamic practice that focuses on the muscles and builds strength and endurance. This class is suitable for all levels.
Yoga for All with Sarah will lead students through a gentle to intermediate practise, giving modifications and hands-on assists. This is a Hatha-based class which will challenge or ease students through their practise.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Sarah is a quicker paced class. Sarah will guide the class through various poses and will ask you to listen closely to your breath. Sarah will also offer more challenging poses, but will create build-ups to these poses. This class is suitable for students who have practised Yoga.
Yin Yoga with Jill appeals to athletes and yogis who wish to increase range of motion. Generally done in a variety of seated/floor postures that are held for a duration of 3 to 5 minutes, it targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. This class is suitable for all levels.
